It's just a glitch that happens. If a customer pays with a $20, then you type $20 but instead of hitting Cash you hit the $20 button it will think it's $2000×200 for some reason.

you technically don’t even need to void it, if someone gave you $15 for a $10 order and you typed $150000, the system still just says you made $10, so as long as you only gave them the correct amount of change it shouldn’t matter

I’ll never forget my first week as an SSV. One of the baristas got mad at another new person and shoved the rolling cart that had our brewing toddies on it into the freezers and a toddy that was about to be poured up in an hour slid off onto the floor….cold brew guts everywhere. All under the freezers, all in the tile grout, under the racks that held all of our stock….it was the biggest mess I’ve ever seen. I made her stay and clean it up because who tf does that? 💀
