So I just started Starbucks(the one in target) 2 weeks ago. I was trained in cold bar. Well I been suppose be train hot bar for last week. Well the trainer not shown up (which she only one trains) or just won’t help or anything. One girl complained that the trainer wasn’t doing her job. Then trainer left 3 hrs early (we had same schedule) and so they made me leave to… I’m so frustrated but I have interview on Monday to Starbucks stand alone (it’s for a new store that opening in my area )

wow that sounds terrible. at my store we definitely have a strict training period and we are not allowed to just throw the green beans where it’s easiest, they have to actually get trained in every area. i hope you get the job at the corp starbs!

Hopefully it gets better: cause I actually enjoy this job. I love cold bar. I was told only master barista could train and she only master we have
