Idk if I’m the only one but does the pumpkin not even taste like pumpkin to you guys? To me it literally just tastes like..sweet. I don’t get any spices or any pumpkin. It just tastes like a sweet flavor.
Like last year the pumpkin was VERY prominent. You could definitely taste it, but now it’s just nonexistent to me. I’m a pumpkin spice lover so it kinda got me confused.
At least they made the apple brown sugar syrup way better. That was so gross last year and now I actually really like it.

i feel the same way. i keep hearing that customers don’t like the pumpkin either but the 17 in a row pumpkin cream cold brews i got to make heavily implies otherwise.

The vanilla and cream make the flavor of pumpkin matter less in a cold foam. But if something is screwy with the pumpkin sauce recipe this year, it makes sense that the standard PSL tastes off.

I've heard this so many times but it tastes like pumpkin to me. I think they changed the recipe to make it more like a pumpkin pie sweet instead of last year it was more pumpkin pumpkin if you get my drift.

Thank God I'm not the only one who thinks this. I told my partner that every PSL I've made so far this year has smelled like hot dogs, and they gave me the weirdest look lmao.

I keep getting complaints that it’s not “pumpkin-y” enough. Keep having to add extra pumps for the customer. (Pump is assembled correctly)

i've had a few baristas in my store say it tastes like pumpkin mixed with white mocha. i don't really know because i never tried that last year. i did try the pumpkin on its own and i think it tastes sweeter this year vs last
