I’m sorry but the only time we’ve asked for items back is so that we can see what the item was for the customer it was originally made for and so we can throw them away ourselves so some rude ass Karen can’t get 2 food items for the price of one🙄

I absolutely hate how busy my store was today, and not properly staffed for the fiasco bs. Anyways, I’m cleaning the cold brew machines, next to handoff bar, then switching the cold brew over to cubes.. dude is standing at the counter I said what’s the name for your order, so he tells me.. the barista says they’re making it: so he had 2/3 drinks, barista just so happened to pass out another drink near his drinks, he thought it was his and threw his hands up. He says “this isn’t mine” I said okay they’re probably still making it. He says “that’s not the point they said this one was also mine”

We had someone throw a hissy fit because we didn’t have her mobile order ready when she got there. We were severely short staffed and our SM turned or mobiles for the night. We tried explaining to her we weren’t taking mobile orders at the moment, but she would have none of it. We asked her to look at her phone and make sure it was sent to our location, cause Lord knows sometimes our DM flips them back on without warning despite staffing issues. She rolled her eyes and looked at her phone, then skulked out the door and drove off. Turns out she had ordered it at the store that was a mile up the road from us.
