This woman wanted a London fog but without the tea bags and cream on top.. so we tried seeping the tea for 5 mins but she got upset and said it doesn't need to seep that long. Then I gave her the tea and she claimed it wasn't hot enough. She already had lost her patience and didn't want to wait anymore for me to make a new one with steamed cream. So we gave her a refund. She claimed this never happened with this drink before. Like, do you just normally get creamy flavorless water then?! Not to mention our lobby was packed.
