I’m always like “oh I already sent that through, I’ve gotta scan it before, I can refund you and do it again but it’ll take a minute” and almost always they say it’s fine 😂

i had someone today give me their card to check the balance. never had someone ask me that before so i was confused (everyone usually links it to the app and checks there) this girl says to me “oh you must be new. yeah, that’s a gold card, you probably don’t see them a lot.” i responded “no, i’ve been working here since this place opened i just never had someone ask to check their balance before paying, i usually give them it after” (our store has been open a little under a year, and it makes my blood boil when someone asks if i’m new cus i’m one of the ogs)

when i used to go i would do it while i was in line or if there was no line i would park my car then go thru the drive. like how hard is it to be considerate of people who are expected to do things very quickly
