Someone asked me for a hot surprise me drink in drive thru 2 min before close and i gave them an Americano.

It really depends on if they're in drive or Cafe lol. If it's a drive through, I don't have as much time to make them something fun, but if they're in Cafe I can usually be more creative with it and ask them more questions to make sure they'll love it

these are my go-to recs for right now
Cold coffee: brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso
Hot coffee: apple crisp macchiato
cold non-coffee: paradise drink with vsc cold foam
hot non-coffee: white hot chocolate with caramel drizzle

Iced white mocha with toffee nut (sometimes caramel drizzle!)

I would either do brown sugar or white mocha with brown sugar or a passion tea with apple juice and raspberry
