When someone orders a drink with no ice or light ice, what is the standard? ()

If you’re at a corporate store, the cup should always be full with extra ingredients. For shaken espressos, you can ask people if they want room or extra milk, but for mobile orders the cup should be filled with milk. You can find a reference card for light ice or no ice shaken drinks with your other recipe cards.

If you’re at a licensed store, it’s up to your manager. Some use the corporate standard and others set their own rules.

for light ice I usually just measure the bases for the next cup size up in the shaker, and then rotate the shaker back and add ice to the cup size they actually ordered

no ice I just use the correct size measure lines but split everything below the start of the ice line as the base
