have a feeling people aren’t going to want to hear this but it gets measured in a grande cup, so 1 less pump of frap roast and less milk, 1 less pump of mocha, 1 less pump of coffee base than a venti. the only difference is you’re not dumping the leftovers down the drain.

Honest tip: if ure pmsing, it’s best to stay away from frozen drinks like fraps and ice cream, it creates more cramps.

Yeah absolutely do whatever helps you! No reason to start consuming cold things if they make you feel worse when you’re already PMSing. It might have an effect for you specifically or it could psychosomatic from hearing the myth before. Just wanted to point out that there is no scientific basis for suggesting that other people who are menstruating avoid cold things.

It’s not the sugar that’s causing the cramps, it’s the form of matter of the drink, being icey, slushee which cause the cramps. I’m not saying u can’t drink cold things, it’s best to drink iced lattes. But then again, if u don’t get cramps then never mind lol

good info to know tho! thanks. while you’re here can i ask why people think this drink is annoying? is it the venti cup? i dont understand, it just seems like a minor inconvenience to me and i’ve seen wayyy more complicated fraps :’) im a barista of course and made it myself, what’s the big deal? even if a customer ordered this, it’s not like we can just say no..

Np. If it’s for u it’s ok, since u made it urself. If a customer sees this then every customer will start doing it. And it’s just inconvenient because they paid for a grande and now they want a venti? I don’t mind doing it once in a while but people would start being greedy. It also slows us down because now we gotta put an ask me. Most won’t know why they want a bigger cup.

im not sure if ive ever had those! this drink is on the “secret menu” called Willy Wonka, it just tastes like a mocha cookie crumble but sweeter cause the hazelnut :) also i usually do 2 mocha and 2 hazelnut, not sure why the ticket didn’t print that way
