Maybe the weather? For me, it’s really cold out right now, so many people are getting hot drinks. Especially pumpkin spice latte. It just sets the mood for them.

I had a dude complain about his pastry being from March 3rd…I had to tell the dude it was a production date and that we didn’t give him a pastry that was six months expired. He still requested a refund and I rolled my eyes. Whatever.

That same exact thing happened to me today. Lol a lady asked for the banana nut load unwarmed and to be left in the plastic wrapper. We did so and handed it to her and she said to me "is this expired?" I said "oh no maam if u look right next to the date, it shows that its the production date, not the expiration" lol she was nice lol but i was jus thinking like her mind went straight to the numbers and she didnt even think about anything around it for context lol 🤷‍♀️

for us it was the first OSU game of the season, we’re right by a high school and college so they had their own events going on, and pumpkin cream cold
brew is back. friday-sunday (today) has literally been awful. i’m so glad i don’t work tomorrow

You should. I can’t stand having 5 partner plays with them on. Like who the fuck is supposed to package them? The guy getting slammed with drinks or the guy soloing drive thru? 😐. But yea if you can get away with it, please do. Makes peaks that much easier not having to put up with 16 item orders so Elizabeth can enjoy a cold ass no foam cappuccino with 12 Splendas.

I am so lucky my store is cafe only, it's just our baristas r incompetent. Literally today i asked someone to set up the pastry case and she said that she couldn't because it would take her forever. 3 year partner interviewed to promote. That's my rant tyty
