“I went there this morning to get a coffee, the woman at the window informed me that they didn’t have what I wanted, which is fine I understand there is a shortage on things, so I simply asked for a caramel something. I would have been fine with anything, but there was a woman in the back with blue hair and a head set who in a very hateful manner said “well I need to know exactly what she wants”
I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. I wasn’t looking at a menu, and I normally get the same thing every single time.
If people are expected to understand that they’re out of something’s then the staff should be less hateful, especially when the customer isn’t being that way.
Kindness goes a long way, I have went here for years and I will not be returning.
Also, I didn’t get a caramel anything, I ended up with a dark mocha.
Do better. “

It was a misunderstanding honestly, we had a new (horrible partner) and i was yelling at the partner to tell me what she wanted not the customer. I couldn’t even hear the customer at the window because bar is like 15ft away. Alsooo that same partner handed out the wrong drink after i did make her a caramel latte with dark caramel
