Someone asked for a cappuccino no foam only to be shocked it’s half full

When somebody asks for this at our store we have learned to just say “sure no problem “ and make a no foam latte . Hand it off “here is your no foam cappuccino have a great day”

I totally understand that lmao but then i have 2 things.
1. Do they freak out when they see u ring it up as a no foam latte or do u make them pay stupid tax by paying for the no foam cappuccino? 😂
2. What if they go to other stores and keep thinking its ok to refer to it as that?
Lmao the unwillingness from them to learn what they're paying an arm and a leg for is hilarious

If they want a no foam cap, it’s getting rung up as a no foam cap. If they seem like a nice genuinely slightly confused person, I’ll try and educate them. But that’s rare. Most people that order them are rude, snappy, or otherwise unpleasant and I’m not dealing with someone yelling at me when they read “no foam latte” on their sticker.
