Sexual Harassment from customer? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Soo today I received a nasty comment from this customer on DT.
These guys were high and giving us a hard time when they were ordering. I was being nice and sarcastic and pointed out how one of them needed to get a drink since he wasn’t ok (laughing his ass off).
The guy ordering says “The only thing he needs is to take you in the back seat and fuck you” (something along that line).
I didnt catch it and asked my coworker what he said since I did hear the words “backseat” and “fuck you.” And they said they did hear it but I thought he wasnt being serious.
Sooo as im putting the drinks on the counter (I was covering DT and on bar until a coworker was back on DT). I then catch them say “Ew I have to fuck that” and accelerate the car.
None of us pieced it together since we were recovering from a good laugh and got a bit busy during. Only one coworker heard what he said and only I realized what happened after I clocked out.
Should I tell the shift what happened and is there any way to get the plates of these people and possibly not serve them or something?

As for getting the plates, it might be difficult. But I would file an incident report as soon as you can and if they come back, you have every right to ask a SSV to handle their order. But start the paper trail so that if it continues to happen to you or other coworkers, the manager has enough evidence going to ban them.

That’s an incident report that needs to be filed, OP. And if they ever come back while you’re working, please please to your manager on duty if you’re not comfortable in taking their order/making their drink.
