So when I first started working at sbux back in 2018 we still had the normal kids where you poke the straw through the middle. Shortly after I got hired they changed it to the lids we have now. Sometimes it’s annoying that people still ask for straws when they can just drink through the little sippy lid (unless they need a straw for a frap or a drink that has whip). Anyways whatever people will always need straws for whatever reason. Well the other day this customer in DT at the window asked for straws and I had given them their drinks already, while waiting for one more of their drinks I seen the customer was legit trying to stab the straw though the middle of the lid 😂😂😂😂😫 it was hilarious.
