I'm so done with the Siren already the pressure of the customers SM is amazing and a bitch at the same time so yeah idk if I even wanna give them a two week notice or if I should just walk out?

valid even though i starbucks can be a great job, a LOT of it depends on the people you work with and also the customer bade near you. ive worked at only 2 different stores in one city but the customers were very different at each. wish you the best!

Also a 321 and I’ve been working 6 month I believe or almost, I’m 16 and honestly I enjoy it, I have great coworkers and good shift managers, I also have a great manager. Today was hell, and I wanted to cry because of how overwhelming it got. But yeah, I honestly enjoy working, I understand why some people quit. I mainly work there just for the benefits and how good they pay (for me at least since I’m 16)
