It’s Labor Day which means that not only is it twice as busy, but we’re twice as understaffed because for some reason the labor algorithm has been lowballing every day! And we can’t have mobiles off because they’ve been off for three days, but we’ve also had a line out the door for four hours! It’s been like this All Fucking Weekend, but does anyone care? No! Of course not?

Literally this, yesterday we had no staff or A/C it was 94 degrees in the morning and high 80s throughout the closing shift. Manager worked in the morning and was like life is hard but it's fine we'll pull through ;)

If it gets to the point that cake pops start melting our dm has us close early, or get friend to call the dm and complain about the conditions inside and, hopefully, inside will be closed

It’s almost like Starbucks should’ve gave you guys a paid day off, since it’s LABOR DAY, but they’re too greedy for that I guess.
