Lol at some point everyone feels this while working for Starbucks, the only way to stop it is to quit

Stop drinking our shitty coffee and eating our food. If your nervous about customers or coworkers just roll up to have fun. I know its stressful but you cant take this job too seriously. Its coffee and just do your best to work

Talk to your doctor? Refrain from over caffeinating? I’ve been on generic celexa for 13 years and wish I had access to it for 26 years. 💚 seriously, it would have changed my HS and college experience immensely.

It’s every day for me. It’s been 4 weeks and I genuinely feel sick every day before I clock in. Conveniently fine every day I’m off or when I call out… it’s just work and it feels slightly better this week but not going away yet. Weed helps but I really don’t like to smoke super early before opening ☹️

I got this when I started working in life. (Starbucks isn’t my first job) Now I find I need work or I go crazy from boredom and monotony.

It goes away on its own after awhile.

I take L-Theanine. It’s an anti-anxiety derived from tea that’s supposed to help with stress-based anxiety. Maybe it’s placebo but I find it helps a lot and I tend to enjoy shifts more when I take it.

i felt that way at my old job, i loved it but i would break out in anxiety attacks before work and sometimes during my shift i would start crying for no reason. my solution was just to quit 😅 i haven’t felt that way at starbucks yet.
