what y’all think of the whole free water system? well I should say what does your store do? cuz we got this man who orders absolutely nothing but 13 trenta waters no ice every time ! like Ik some stores only with purchase or only a tall or they have dispensers and you get your own…..etc.

Personally, I feel water should be free always but.... 13 Trentas??! That just takes too much time when there's a whole line of other drinks that need to be made! I don't mind giving someone 1 Trenta cup of water. My manager said when someone asks for water we are supposed to give them a tall only, I guess that's the policy.

Policy is Grande I believe. But it also is up to your manager :/ I wanna say cause 4 different stores 4 different policies.

Grande only
Purchase only
Any size
Self serve

But yes everyone deserves water ofc

I believe corporate policy on trenta waters is just a no. The cups cost to much to make/buy to just give them away. Also, loop your shift or manager in if you get push back. They shouldn’t be allowing 13 Trenta water to begin with with.

My manager doesn’t care haha! Their motto is make the moment right. “Why does it matter what cup they get?”

I have a regular who orders 4 trenta ice waters and gets upset if we don’t have a drink carrier for them. It only annoys me because they come during peak and our store layout *sucks* for the volume we push out the window.

I don’t mind if it’s a group of 13 people but if it’s one person, three is the limit for me.
