We have a regular who gets a heavy cream cappuccino and we KNOW he knows it won’t foam because one time we were out of heavy cream and substituted half and half and he complained he knew it was the wrong milk because it wasn’t as heavy like sir…..

We have a regular who gets a venti hazelnut heavy cream latte but it’s been so hot in California she’s getting it iced so she’s just drinking 26 ounces of cold heavy cream every day which is somehow way worse than steamed
