sounds like the catholic church. they transferred the assaulter just far away enough that no one knows what happened at the other store, kept it quiet, then found a reason to fire the victim.

In my experience, once a partner becomes a “problem,” management seems to find a way to terminate them. Even if you did nothing wrong, if you’re an issue to deal with, you’ll be pushed out. If they can’t write your way out the door, they’ll start cutting hours, schedule shitty shifts, anything to get you to quit on your own.

Partners indeed.

This is a great share. Also listen to the 43-15 podcast episode with Willow Lawn interviewed as they just posted about this. Starbucks is depraved. Claire needs our support now more than ever.
