Is it a shifts duty to complete the rdc order? I am getting a lot of mixed responses when asked if it is.

i’ve never heard of anyone besides a SSV or manager placing any orders at all. IMS is above a barista’s paygrade IMO

SSVs should know how to do it, but it isn't the expectation that the SSV does it (at least not at my store). Regardless of who "usually" does it, if you're expected to do it, it should be communicated to you. It's a big order and nobody wants us to get a bad one bc someone didn't realize it was their responsibility that week.
