we were in morning peak as you can see and mobiles were crazy piling up so i wasn’t thinking too much and just pumping while trying to be as accurate as possible

when i don’t want as much foam in them for cold foam drinks i just shake them like 4 times then scoop any foam off with a spoon. and then you can have a nice layer of foam on top. but ya it wasn’t two types of cold foam. they probably wanted vanilla sweet cream instead of 2% . it sounds really complicated idk why they couldn’t have gone in and ordered something that confusing. edit: brain toot. also it would’ve been gross af by the time they came n picked it up anyway . why do ppl mobile order cold foam drinks

gr shaken espresso
with no classic syrup
substitute vanilla
caramel drizzle
pumpkin spice topping
pumpkin cream cold foam
and vanilla sweet cream cold foam
bc it’s shaken, the shaken espresso obv create foam. so from the amount of foam, i couldn’t even pour in the rest of the shots. i added just a splash of 2% as that’s what shaken espressos call for… and then did vanilla sweet cream cold foam and pumpkin cream cold foam and pumpkin topping. forgot the caramel drizzle. but yeah mary didn’t get 3 shots bc it wouldn’t fit.

no, i was pouring the shots in the cup bc i couldn’t find the shot glass. i poured said shots in the shaker and as you can see in the second pic, there’s still shots in the shaker

.. that’s what i did.
in order i pulled shots in cup bc shot glass was missing.
in the shaker added vanilla and ice
prepped vanilla sweet cream cold foam
added shots to shaker with vanilla and ice, shook.
added barely the shots in the cup as the foam from the espresso being shaken took up much of the space.
added a splash of 2%, just to save room for the 2 cold foams she wants
added in vanilla cold foam first
then prepped pumpkin cream cold foam, added in
added pumpkin spice topping
forgot caramel drizzle.

Ohhh I see! Sorry for making you type all that out. I don't know if it's the same for you, but I was told never pour shots in an empty cold cup. Because the cup is plastic, it's not great. If you can't find a shot glass, you can use an espresso or short cup instead :)
As for the shaken espresso, you can reduce the foam in it if you slide it rather than SHAKE it. It's still mixed, but if you're gentler shaking it, there are less bubbles.
Don't worry about missing the drizzle, if they were that mad they'd have come back.

Ngl man, i woulda just skimmed the foam by pouring with a tilted lid, shake some cubes out, splash vsc, lil bit of pccf and if they get mad shrug bc i cant change physics 🤷🏽♀️
