The foam and the pumpkin topping are 2 different modifiers. I’m pretty sure pumpkin topping costs an extra $0.50.

You are correct, PSL hot, iced, frapp, & cb w/ pccf do get the spice topping. Your example of the chai w/ pccf is correct to not get the pumpkin topping.

I only put it on the psl and pumpkin fraps. If they want it they gotta ask for it.

When I worked at Starbucks, I used to ask customers if they wanted it on their Cappuccino instead of CS. Customers love it and brings some autumn loveliness to their drink without having shot tons of syrup to get it 😂

I was trained that the topping goes on the foam ALWAYS. But I’m at a new store and I asked them what they do-the Shift for that day showed me on the register, that topping only shows up as a component for the menu drinks (PSL, etc.) but not when you ring in Pumpkin Cold Foam (like on top of a chai tea, etc.). It feels so naked without the topping though. I hope this helps.

i always do because I feel like it accompanies the foam

I do but that’s just my preference to make it look good. I might forget if it’s busy tho
