Trying to decide whether to report my manager to ethics and compliance before or after I transfer in may 🤔

Depends on what you’re trying to report them for specifically! Sounds like you’ve got quite awhile until you transfer so sooner might be better than later 😄

My only dilemma is that idk if I want to endure further retaliation and tension from him before I leave when I’ve already put up with 7 months of it

Tension isn’t something that Ethics and Compliance is going to help with, but what does the retaliation look like? Do you have any of it documented? It’d be a bad idea to take something to ethics and compliance and have nothing but your word to back you up.

Oh I have SOOOO much
I reported someone to him for sexual harassment and proceeded to get my hours cut, get scheduled with my harasser, working 7 Saturdays in a row, dress coded constantly even when in dress code, threatened to write me up…

Oh and when I reported the person for sexual harassment he never contacted ethics so I eventually had to do it myself… 3 months later

If you ultimately had to self-report, seems he would on E&C's radar?
Who did you report to above him?
If you can prove the scheduling retaliation occurred due to reporting the harassment and have evidence you reported to him and he did not escalate it, definitely call E&C now.
Investigations can take a long time!

The other issues could be trickier as there is a lot of loose wording in policies to allow manager "discretion"
