does anyone else have people on bar that are very pretentious? like they're very good at their job but extremely unhelpful and snappy. I'm a new partner as of the last 2 months and whenever I'm bar 2 and **they aren't busy** I try to ask questions if I have them to learn better instead of just winging it but they look at me as if it's weird that I don't know everything already 🙃

bro who even cares at this point if u ask questions, if anything ur doing the right thing by asking LMAOO ur coworkers are probably just petty asf bc i’m also 2 months new and i ALWAYS ask and i’ve been on every bar so i’m not completely clueless 😭😭 sometimes their responses can be backhanded but i just ignore it bc i’d rather make the drink right instead of guessing and possibly causing customers to complain. plus my friends been working there for 2 years and still asks, no matter what you’ll always need that extra help and it’s okay so always ask!!!!!!!
