I'm pretty sure it's one hour of Vacation for every like 52 hours you work. This is so it averages out to one week off per year of work, however much you work a week.
Example : you work exactly 20hrs/wk, for 52 weeks (1 year) and get 20 hours of vacation time for it.
It might be slightly less, maybe 50hrswork = 1 hr vacation time, but it's somewhere around there :)

And you don't earn any until you've been a partner for a year! Then after like 3 or 5 years you start to earn more, so it works out to 2 weeks off a year I believe!
