I genuinely don't understand how some people can "clean" and put stuff away while it's still got crusty milk or Frappuccino on it and be satisfied. The absolute disgusting things I've had to clean in my whole two years with the siren has really opened my eyes to how dirty people are.

i have a reputation for being crazy over how dirty the bar is when most of the store is on it 😩 my fellow closing shift partners will clean it up always, but the mornings and mids leave every milk they use on the counter and syrup and ice EVERYWHERE. drives me absolutely insane

Leaving the milks on the counter is a violation of both Ecosure and food safety/health code.

i get made fun of for it too 😩 a few minutes on the counter during a rush is one thing, but some of them just leave them there for long periods of time

I have certain partners I just can't bar with because of how sloppy they are. I can't work in a sticky watery milky mess. Don't get me started on people who let a mound of cheese bits and wrappers pile up in front of the ovens. Clean as you go & take pride in your workspace!

Yeah there's a partner at mine that doesn't rinse until they use the thing again but. Wouldn't it dry and stick?? What if someone else goes to coldbar before u and doesn't see its dirty
