At my store we clean the pans in the sink and I scrub at it for so long and it never gets clean like that. I’m one of the only that will actually scrub to try to get all the burnt stuff off. What did you use?

Yeah, just oven cleaner. I take it out with tongs while its still hot and let the oven cleaner sit on it like Papajey said. Let it cool down w/ the oven cleaner on and its much easier

pro tip! spray with oven cleaner, let it sit, put on gloves and scrub it with one of the espresso machine cleaning tablets!!

I’ll try that next, I tried with just the oven cleaner and it didn’t work. My store only has the blue scrubby pads and those things barely work so I think it really needs something more like steel wool but I’ll try with the tabs too! Thanks!

I use the oven cleaner and let it soak for a good 15-20 minutes. Do some other tasks while I’m waiting. Our ovens look clean af

What are you using? Over cleaner is absolute garbage. We have a CVS across the street from our store and we just buy Brillo pads by the pack to get off hard grime.

we used to use brillo pads but they let us know that they were leaving behind small pieces of metal that could cause fires and stopped sending them to us
