It’s 18 hrs of availability and 12 hours of work on avg I think

If your manager is chill enough, you might be able to arrange an availability that fits the requirements, but you won't actually have to fully follow that schedule. Like, you're manager will know not to actually schedule you on Sundays or etc. My manager has been super nice to me about that! But it could be because I'm like one the veterans at this point, and I've only been there for a year 💀. Big turn-over at my location and bad training I'll say.
