I recently started getting the message on partner hours that my password is expired
But it's not giving me anywhere I can update or change it? My SM also has no idea how to update or change it.
He frequently changes the schedule even AS the current week is happening, so I really need an up to date schedule to view every day.
Does anyone know how I would go about that?

If you open up partner hub in back of house (or you can pick any app- like mylearning- on the iPad) under where you log in it will say forgot/change password. Just follow those steps.

if he’s changing it during the current week, he needs to communicate that directly to you and not require you to have constant access to the app. the app is supposed to be your sole discretion to get or not get, as we don’t get paid for being on it while not at work.

There is also a password help app on the MWS specifically for changing passwords if the other way doesn’t work. The final option is to call the help desk.
