Prior to my interview my manager was saying he was only gonna hire one shift lead, then halfway throughout my interview he paused and said "Hmm, I might actually hire two shifts instead." specifically during my interview. Am I reading too much into it or do ya think I got the promotion? The interview itself seemed to go flawlessly despite a little bit of nervousness.
