Yeah it happens everywhere. They’re suggestions to help plan. You send partners on their breaks when you can. It’s not set in stone, I never even look at those suggestions.

I can't send two partners on break at the same time. I need floor coverage. So I'm looking at who has more breaks, who clocked in first, who is in a busier position on the floor to figure out who to send on break first. It's a shit show trying to schedule breaks.

Plus if your partners are doing that super fun thing where they insist on getting food/drink before clocking out, and going to the restroom after clocking in, it's likely to take 45-50 minutes to get them back on the floor after a lunch. which is why you shouldn't do that.

They’re not doing it to be mean. You can’t send two people on break at once, are you mad that you’re getting a break late? You’re still getting one! It’s suggestions not mandatory bruv

While it sucks, ultimately there is no set lunch schedule in fast food. You're given a break when it works best for SSV.

The system only suggests a time, most of the time it doesn’t even make sense because they’ll send three people on lunch at the same time leaving one barista on the floor. It’s only a guide not enforced.

You can transfer but it’ll happen at all locations. The book is a suggestion, as long as you get a break at some point, thats what matters
