Does anyone know how to make cold brew? My shift and I both don’t know how to make it and the people that do are on their 30min break.

Oh sweet jesus okay best of luck here we go.
So yes, sanitized, dried, and *cooled* toddy prepared. Make sure that lil spigot is OFF. If you have little plastic stands for the bottom of the toddy, use one to keep the filter fromtouching the bottom (though it is not necessary). Big square filter in the toddy - try your best to gently roll the top over the edge to keep the filter from falling down during this process. Grind the whole bag of cold brew on French press into the toddy. 7L COLD water directly over the grounds; tie the bag with the provided string, then pour another 7L cold water. Mark for 20 hrs and set in BOH (or wherever y'all store them). Pls message me if you have questions, I was a trainer 2019-2021.
