Before you quit you should ask yourself how badly do you need this job? Do you have a family to feed? Bills to pay? Do you depend on the benefits? Can you survive without the income for a while or should you have another job lined up? In my experience I have not found any reason why I should care about Starbucks and its major problems. I plan to leave Starbucks because there are other jobs out there and I want a job that I like. Don’t waste your time suffering for nothing.
