y’all ever hate when you’re in a pretty good mood and you’re on dto making everyone smile and there’s that ONE customer that already doesn’t know what they’re ordering and then drives off when you ask for their name (sole purpose to keep up customer connection).

yeah we’re a drive thru and walk up store in a pretty small town so our customer connect means a bit more for us especially since our SM is a very follow all the standards type shit

Omg I had one of those yesterday! The customer at the window was telling me about her Jeep (she’s very proud of it but hell I would be too), her drink wasn’t even ready yet. The car behind her started honking. Like honey no, we’re waiting on her drink, it’s not like we’re just talking after the transaction

I hate when people sound in a rush and say something like “just a mocha” and start to drive forward. I always get their attention again and then very slowly ask what size and hot or iced and then repeat the entire order back to them

I hate it when people pull up in drive and automatically say hello x5 not even giving you a minute. I also hate it when you ask for a customer to repeat what you said especially if it’s storming outside and they get an attitude.

Just when they don’t listen. Wether it’s them giving me their order when I say “hi thank you for choosing Starbucks please give me one moment and I’ll be right with you” or anytime I ask a question with choices and they say “yeah” like fucking listen are you that lazy and rude
