I heard smth about doing it so then it would just be one universal lid?

I thought it was just bc they switched distributors for the moment, didn’t seem like a permanent thing

Tbh I hope it's a permanent thing, it's so nice

Check Partner Hub, every store that received these new cups has communication on this. Your SM or Shifts should have this info printed and available for the store every Monday when communications are posted on the Hub :)

I prefer them myself- not only are they kinda cute, now just need one size lid for T/G/V! :)

Why is nobody talking about how the cup holders themselves don’t fit the new wider lid? It’s so annoying. We have to keep the old cups in the bottom of the holder and the new cups sit on top of them.

Not yet, but at least half of our g/v dome lids are too small to fit the cup.

omg YES my girls and i are destroying the fucking crcfs trying to get the damn dome lids on after whip and toppings. glad it’s not just our kiosk having trouble with this

And today we had the opposite problem worth our iced flat lids - they kind of just sat on top of the cup without really grasping onto anything. A light breeze would carry them away 😅.
