I currently use it and will continue using it for my foreseeable career with Starbucks. My therapist is a licensed professional, and if you manage your 20 sessions right it'll last you a year until they roll over every October. It's got huge value. My therapist told me she usually charges between $200-$300 per session, and I get them for free. You can't beat that.

mine from lyra knew about sbux from the beginning and she took care of all of the things behind the scenes with it, and we are currently doing every week until october since they reset then and I’m a new bean, but in october we will do every other week and then that will give us a few weeks off for holidays and whatnot.

I have tried several therapists through Lyra. There are two types. Those that work for Lyra and private contractors. 2 different Lyra employees told me it was for short term only. Excepted to move on after 7-8 sessions. Lots of assessments. Not helpful for me. I had better luck with the private therapists. Good luck.

So I used all my sessions last year. It was definitely better than nothing but the therapist I got through Lyra wouldn’t allow me to schedule appointments fewer than once a week, so I ran out of sessions pretty quick. After I ran out they didn’t take insurance so I had to stop. It was really dumb lol but I mean better than nothing I guess.
