How do I get my bean stock money into my bank account? I had one of my old shift supervisors try to explain it to me last year but I just couldn’t understand.

Am I even able to get it into my bank account?

You get half of whatever was "granted" one year after it was granted. The other half, two years after it was granted. So if you were granted bean stock last year, half will "vest" this year and will you should be able to link your fidelity account to your bank account and transfer it out.
