How long did it take you to get the hang of all the ratios, routines etc? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I've only been working for 2 weeks but I feel like a complete dumbass for not moving as fast or knowing things by heart like everyone else lol. I know I shouldn't be too hard on myself, I'm fresh off training after all, but I was wondering how everyone else got to the point of mastery and what helped them to do so? Thank you for sharing your experience in advance!

I just hit my 3 month mark and I’m pretty confident on everything. My store is pretty slow though so we have plenty of time to ask questions, have someone show us how to make a specific drink, or just read the cards in our down time.

I'd say I was perfectly confident with the recipes right around my 4th month. Took a lot of checking the recipes on the iPad though. Don't be afraid to ask about the recipes when you're not sure about what you're doing
