I was the manager for a Target Starbucks and. Safeway Starbucks for a few years. You don't get anything for free. Your discount is tied to whatever parent store is franchising Starbucks. My target discount was only 20% off, Safeway was 30% if I remember right. Not worth it, part of the reason I came back to company operated.
