How to deal with kids asking for Pup Cups when it’s very clear they don’t have a dog with them? ()

There's no requirement that a dog be present to get a pup cup. It's just a sample cup of whip (you should be using sample cups and not short cups), it doesn't matter unless I mean, they're asking for like 10 pup cups

Just give them the pup cup. Use the sample hot cups. If a dog can have it why not a kid?

Give them a sample cup instead of a short cup :)

Tell them to bark for you.

solution: give kid pup cup and reevaluate why this angers you

They should just set a price for pup cups and settle things.

considering whip is free on all beverages 0.00 is a good price

Considering the amounts of time I've been yelled at over free product the costumer isn't entitled to a price is a good price.

from my perspective its 1 rarely 2 pup cups people get, maybe at your store people get 5-10 so you have a different view

It was so frequent at my store it made it difficult to manage the cream stock lol

just give them the whipped cream girl😭

I guess more so what I have the issue with is that these kids are ordering multiple at a time (as many as 5) and not buying anything else?

what’s the issue with that 🫣

Half of a sample cup. Solves everything.

“Do you have your dogs with you?” “What’s your dogs’ name?”
