FOR CONTEXT
Our store is VERY understaffed and my manager isn’t hiring anyone because we have some people training for a new location opening up and she sees that as enough (it’s still not, even with them we’re still understaffed) so that’s why we’re closing at 6 right now.
The ssv in charge that day is notorious for closing 20+ minutes early because she wants to leave quicker and for being EXTREMELY rude to customers.
I feel bad for these people because they genuinely seemed like they just wanted something to drink. The review isn’t mean or petty, just straight up confused and frustrated and honestly I completely feel the same.
