279**** here and I quit the SBUX today. Effective immediately. My store became very toxic with our new manager. To a point that I was pretty much forced to step down as a supervisor and I feel like I was discriminated against along with 2 other partners. But on to better things.

Same for me, my manager is passive aggressive towards us and doesn't appreciate all our hard work and instead barks orders and yells at us. I'm taking to our DM tomorrow so I hope change happens. But if anything I know the store manager doesn't like me. I'm staying here out of SPITE until I'm tired of it, then I'll quit/or transfer

I wish you the best of luck on talking to your DM. Because I tried talking to mine and she did nothing. Worst part is that when I went to try and talk to her again, she brings me the news about either denoting myself or transferring. I was in shock.
