Okay super quick! I had an interaction with a customer where they complained about the prices of the drink they ordered… obviously we have been hearing this a ton lately since prices went up again… anyways I made a comment along the lines of “yeah those prices went up more than my pay…” I’ll be honest it felt good to say out loud to a customer. Realized my mistake though and gave the customer the drink for free. I “made their day.” And probably saved my butt.
