we’ve been having this customer who comes into my store every day and she is literally the worst. every day she orders a grande caramel frap in a venti cup, 14 pumps frap roast, no milk, and 2 grande scoops of ice. she will yell at you across the bar if you make it wrong. she will yell at you if you don’t fill the venti cup all the way (even though… it’s a grande in a venti). yesterday she looked at me like she was gonna kill me because i couldn’t break her $100 bill for her $8 drink at 7:30 in the morning. whenever she comes in she totally kills morale and makes our new hires feel horrible. very frustrating and i wish she would simply stop coming ❤️ also???? 14 pumps of frap roast? absolutely FOUL

Start writing Incident Reports on her for harassment. She’s not allowed to yell at you. We had this training in our Barista Craft sessions a couple of weeks ago. If she still is unhappy about her drinks but is “behaving better” say this… “I’m sorry that we are unable to meet your expectations. At this time we invite you to visit another Starbucks location.”

10000% this to all the posts about bad costumers. If you are constantly being yelled at by the same costumer. Fill an incident report, your manager will NEED to do something about it. The worst or best that can happen is the costumer being banned from your store

this is smart! i honestly didn’t even think about it lol. our shifts and sm know about her but don’t really stick up for us when she comes so this is probably the best course of action

i would get a manager/shift to tell her that you’ll have to charge her for a venti since that’s just what she’s getting. maybe that will get her to stop coming.

the shifts don’t really say anything to her when she comes. i think they just wanna get her out of the store asap. i wish someone would say something, i’ll bring it up to the shifts for the next time she’s in
