This morning I watched a video on how to get a half priced pumpkin spice & literally 20 minutes before I was off this couple come in and ordered one of the half priced thing and the regular, I told my coworker that it’s just a cheap pumpkin spice/pumpkin spice for the low. The couple heard I guess and asked for my manager & idk I don’t feel like I said anything wrong or did anything bad. Their drinks were made the way the wanted and I didn’t even charge them for the different milks they wanted. It was obvious that they were mad bc they gave me hella attitude. It’s just so annoying to deal with this entitlement

It’s by hellthyjunkfood on insta, & it’s a double shot on ice, with the pumpkin sauce & milk. Apparently on the app it doesn’t charge for milk only the sauce. It’s supposed to be like $2.45

wouldn’t be surprised if customers asked for extra milk, extra ice, in a venti cup

they can ask all they want, but are getting the explanation that they will need to pay for a latte if they want more than 4 ounces of milk

I saw that video and when he shows the total of both drinks on the app, it's like 4.10 for the "hack" version. I've seen other videos of his and they are normally about as annoying for the employees as this hack so I've stopped watching him
