I just talked to my boss about this! it's T - 3, G - 4, V - 5.

HOWEVER

this is the standard for GROUND coffee, not whole bean. so when putting coffee into the grinder, we add a scoop (T - 4, G - 5, V - 6.) This ensures you have enough ground coffee for the original 3, 4, 5!

it's the little round one kinda looks like an inclusion spoon but is bigger and has a straight handle rather than a hooked one

The store resources app saves arguments between partners about standards. Love it.


Also when pouring the hot water, your supposed to only pour enough water to coat the grounds, then wait 5-15 seconds for the grounds to bloom, then pour the rest of the hot water in a swirl like motion
