That’s awesome with a sbux steam wand and pitcher!
I was able to do some basic stuff on old manual machines, but those cafes also had the good steaming pitchers for it. I have better luck with the texture using less steam-pressure, but I still have trouble. Keep it up!

We still have the old machine so i’m assuming it’s the old steaming cups?! Super easy to work with

The pitchers that had more of a ‘spout-tip’ made it way easier for me, and the rounded bucket type pitchers we use now are part of what I’m having trouble adjusting to. I’ve seen people do with those as well, but I’m not that talented. Great job!
