I get on board in july, begin to study to become a ssv of SB but my journey end just after nearly 3 months. My trainer , a ssv and my sm are totally arshole, they never look at how hard I work and try, they only see some of my petty mistake and keep grumbling about them. My sm and trainer are homies so my trainer can do whatever the fuck he want, some time he come 30 minutes late yet he keep telling me how to be come a role model for other barista.
In the mid autumn festival day in my country, I work my ass off with only 2 men play because 2 guy quit the job and another guy on leave. In that shift I work with my sm , while I was making drink like a crazy men all he do is telling me how bad I am, that he will tell my trainer to yell at me until I understand. I think that is enough so I told him just give me the severance interview paper ( i dont remember what Sb call this paper but that is the paper you receive when you quit ) and I will sign it. After I said that he freak out because we are busy and there are only him and me and he start talking sweet to me but I dont care. That was a busy day with only 2 men and I make a vow that if the next morning my trainer say anything about how bad I clean up the bar I will fucking quit. And he did that, he tell me that the bar is very dirty and he cant accept that, the truth is the bar was all cleaned up and I just forgot to fill the straw because I was too tired to remember about them. I tell them just give me the paper so I will sign and quit, they dont dare to print it and tell me to calm down, I pull my partner card , cut it, then I quit.
The next day district manager call me to ask why did I quit and I tell him about how bad my sm and trainer is. District manager is a good man, he listen to my story and then tell my manager to apologize to me and ask me to come back but I know my manager is totally an asshole so I refuse. I wish all of you guy SB barista will have a good manager and a good trainer that will help you , not like my case.
