I watched an unrelated video earlier about how if you have a good experience somewhere, chances are it’ll put you in a good mood and you go home and go to bed. Most people don’t write up good reviews without being asked by whatever business they visited. If something “bad” happens, people nowadays hop straight onto Google/yelp to scream.

It’s why I generally don’t avoid places that are review rated 2-3 stars unless there’s verifiable health violations or something. People have delusional senses of superiority and “i want it NOW” attitudes and will sometimes flat out lie in attempts to either get free shit or humiliate service workers. It’s ridiculous.
